NARRATIVE

VEHICLE ONE WAS HEADING NORTHBOUND ON COUNTY ROAD V48 JUST SOUTH OF 240TH STREET IN CHICKASAW COUNTY. VEHICLE ONE CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND CONTINUED TO CROSS THE SOUTHBOUND LANE. VEHICLE ONE ENTER THE WEST DITCH AND ROLLED SEVERAL TIMES. VEHICLE ONE CAME TO REST ON ITS TOP FACE EAST. THE VEHICLE HAD A ALLSTATE INSURANCE CARD IN IT. I CONTACTED THE ALLSTATE INSURANCE AGENT ON THE CARD AND THEY ADVISED THAT ALLSTATE INSURANCE HAD CANCELLED THE INSURANCE POLICY ON AUGUST 6 2010.
