NARRATIVE

Vehicle #1 was traveling SB on Old Lincoln Highway .50 miles north of Desoto Avenue where the driver swerved to miss an on coming vehicle which was traveling NB in the SB lane. Vehicle #1 left the roadway and entered the west ditch.
