NARRATIVE

VEHICLE NUMBER ONE WAS NORTH BOUND ON HIGHWAY 61. VEHICLE NUMBER ONE IS A FORD PICKUP PULLING A TWO WHEEL TRAILER THAT IS USED TO HAUL A WELDER. THE RIGHT HAND WHEEL ON THE TRAILER CAME OFF AND AS A RESULT THE TRAILER STRUCK THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE PICKUP TRUCK BED.
