NARRATIVE

A NO CONTACT VEHICLE HAD STOPPED YIELDING TO TRAFFIC PRIOR TO MAKING A LEFT TURN. A SECOND NO CONTACT VEHICLE, UNIT #3, AND UNIT #2 ALL CAME TO A SAFE STOP. THE DRIVER OF UNIT# 1 WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PICK UP GLASSES THAT HE HAD DROPPED DID NOT OBSERVE THE VEHICLES STOPPED AHEAD. UNIT #1 REAR-ENDED UNIT #2 PUSHING IT INTO UNIT # 3.
