NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HWY 30 WHEN UNIT 1 ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN ONTO 220TH AVE. UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING TO FAST TO MAKE THE TURN, SLID ON SOME LOOSE GRAVEL, AND ENTERED THE NORTHWEST DITCH OF HWY 30 AND 220TH AVE STRIKING AN EMBANKMENT.
