UNIT 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 AT THE 2 MILE MARKER DURING A HEAVY DOWNPOUR. UNIT 1 HYDROPLANED ON THE WET ROAD, LOSING CONTROL AND THEN ENTERING THE EAST DITCH.
