NARRATIVE

VEHICLE ONE WAS ATTEMPTING TO NEGOTIATE A STEEP DOWNHILL GRADE WITHIN THE CAMPGROUND AT THE IOWA STATE FAIR. THE ROADWAY WAS GRASS AND MUD COVERED. VEHICLE ONE BEGAN SLIDING AS IT CAME DOWN THE HILL. DRIVER OF VEHICLE ONE ATTEMPTED EVASIVE MANEUVERS. VEHICLE ONE SLID INTO THE FRONT OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLE ONE AT A RIGHT ANGLE. VEHICLE ONE'S WINDSHIELD STRUCK THE KINGPIN OF RV UNIT ONE. VEHICLE ONE THEN STRUCK THE LEFT SIDE OF ADJACENT RV TWO.
