VEHICLE #2 WAS STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN ON 255TH AND HIGHWAY 78. VEHICLE #1 WAS BEHIND VEHICLE #2. VEHICLE #2 ROLLED BACK AND HIT VEHICLE #1. DRIVER OF VEHICLE #2 WAS ARRESTED BY TROOPER DUSTING HENNINGSEN FOR OPERATING WHILE INTOXICATED. HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO KEOKUK COUNTY JAIL.
