NARRATIVE

Unit 1 Eastbound Interstate 80. Unit 1 abruptly stopped while traveling 40 mph near the 55 mile marker Interstate 80. Unit 1 struck by Unit 2 due to rapid deceleration by Unit 1. Unit 3 then hit Unit 2 due to rapid deceleration. Unit 1 driver left scene after Unit 2 and Unit 3 mentioned calling law enforcement.
