NARRATIVE

THE OPERATOR OF UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND WHEN A VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM HAD SLOWED DOWN FOR CONGESTED TRAFFIC. AS OPERTATOR #1 BEGAN TO SLOW FOR THE TRAFFIC, HIS BIKE LOST TRACTION ON THE WET CONCRETE AND HE LAID IT DOWN ON IT'S LEFT SIDE. BOTH THE DRIVER AND BIKE SLID ON THE INTERSTATE AND CAME TO REST IN THE LEFT LANE OF TRAFFIC. HE SUSTAINED ONLY SCRATCHES AND REFUSED ANY TREATMENT. THE BIKE HAD SCRATCHES ON THE LEFT SIDE, BUT WAS FUNCTIONAL AND DRIVEN AWAY FROM THE ACCIDENT LOCATION.
