NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 WHEN THE DRIVER BEGAN TO PASS ANOTHER VEHICLE. UNIT ONE COLLIDED WITH THE REAR PORTION OF UNIT TWO'S TRAILER IN THE RIGHT LANE. UNIT ONE THEN CAME TO REST IN THE MEDIAN. UNIT TWO CAME TO REST ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER. UNIT ONE SUSTAINED TOTAL DAMAGE AND WAS TOWED FROM THE SCENE BY EASTSIDE AUTO. UNIT TWO SUSTAINED FUNCTIONAL DAMAGE TO THE SAFETY BAR ON THE TRAILER. THE DRIVERS OF UNITS ONE AND TWO WERE NOT INJURED IN THE COLLISION.
