NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 AND 2 WERE BOTH SOUTH BOUND AT THE 142 MILE MARKER ON INTERSTATE 35 APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE NORTH OF THE CONSTRUCTION. UNIT #2 WAS SLOWING DUE TO ROAD CONSTRUCTION BACKUP. UNIT #1 FAILED TO SLOW IN TIME AND HIT THE REAR OF UNIT #2.
