NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 WERE EASTBOUND ON I -80 IN THE OUTSIDE LANE OF TRAVEL. UNIT 1 WAS BEHIND UNIT 2. UNIT 2 WAS SLOWING DUE TO SLOWING TRAFFIC AHEAD. THE FRONT OF UNIT 1 MADE CONTACT WITH THE REAR OF UNIT 2. UNIT 1 CAME TO REST IN THE OUTSIDE LANE OF EASTBOUND I-80. PART OF THE FRONT PORTION OF UNIT 1 WAS IN CONTACT WITH ITS FRONT LEFT TIRE DISABLING UNIT 1. UNIT 2 CAME TO REST ON THE SOUTH SHOULDER OF EASTBOUND I-80.
