VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON HWY 63. A DEER RAN WEST ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THE MEDIAN, STRIKING VEHICLE 1 IN THE FRONT LEFT FENDER AND THEN SMASHING THE WINDSHIELD.
