NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 30 WHEN THE DRIVER DRIFTED ONTO THE SHOULDER THEN PANIC BRAKED AND OVERCORRECTED. THE VEHICLE THEN SPUN AROUND, ENTERED THE NORTH DITCH, AND OVERTURNED.
