NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING IN THE LEFT EB LANE ON I-80. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING IN THE LEFT EB LANE AHEAD OF UNIT 1. UNIT 2'S DRIVER APPLIED HIS BRAKES FOR STOPPED TRAFFIC AHEAD. UNIT 1'S DRIVER APPLIED HIS BRAKES TO AVOID UNIT 2. UNIT 1 SLID INTO UNIT 2'S BACK END.
