NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TAKING THE RAMP FROM EASTBOUND I-80 TO NORTHBOUND I-380. UNIT 1 WAS UNABLE TO NEGOTIATE THE CURVE IN THE RAMP DUE TO EXCESSIVE SPEED AND ENTERED THE EAST DITCH WHERE IT ROLLED OVER AND CAME TO REST. DRIVER #1 STATED A SEMI THAT WAS BEHIND HER CAUSED HER TO LOSE CONTROL, THOUGH NO CONTACT WAS MADE. NO FURTHER INFORMATION WAS FOUND TO CORROBORATE OR DISPEL THIS CLAIM.
