NARRATIVE

DRIVER STATED HE WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 WHEN HE DROPPED OFF THE EDGE OF THE LANE AND LOST CONTROL. DRIVER WAS UNABLE TO CORRECT THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE ENTERED THE MEDIAN STRIKING A CABLE GUARD RAIL.
