NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 AT APPROXIMATELY 55MPH. UNIT 2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 AT APPROXIMATELY 70-75MPH AS DRIVER STATED. UNIT 2 DRIVER STATED HE DIDN'T REALIZE SHE WAS GOING AS SLOW AS SHE WAS AND UNIT 2 STRUCK THE REAR END OF UNIT 1. UNIT 2 DRIVER STATED HE SAW HER COMING UP AND CHECKED HIS MIRRORS TO PASS AND WHEN HE LOOKED UP HE STRUCK UNIT 1. UNIT 2 DRIVER DID ASK FOR A DRUG SCREENING DUE TO LOG BOOK HOURS BEING LONG FOR HIM TO MAKE IT HOME. UNIT 2 WAS CITED FOR FOLLOWING TO CLOSE
