NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON CUMMINGS ROAD WHEN THE DRIVER REALIZED HE WAS GOING THE WRONG WAY. THE DRIVER OF UNIT #1 PULLED ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER TO CONDUCT A U-TURN. WHILE COMPLETING THE U-TURN UNIT #2, WHICH WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND, STRUCK UNIT #1.
