NARRATIVE

BOTH VEHICLES EB. A SEMI IN FRONT OF #1 AND #2 BRAKED AND "SMOKED" THE TIRES SLIDING FROM INSIDE TO OUTSIDE LANE AS TRAFFIC WAS SLOWING DUE TO BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION EAST OF THEM. THIS CAUSED #2 TO BRAKE AND #1 TO BRAKE. #1 STRUCK #2 ON THE DOT SAFETY BUMPER. THE SEMI THAT CAUSE #1 AND #2 TO BRAKE RAPIDLY LEFT SCENE, NO DESCRIPTION.
