NARRATIVE

ALL UNITS WERE WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 NEAR THE 136.4MM. TRAFFIC WAS SLOWING QUICKLY DUE TO RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC. UNIT 3 WAS SLOWING AND SWERVED TO THE LEFT SHOULDER AS HE SLOWED. UNIT 1 SWERVED TO THE LEFT ALSO, MAKING CONTACT WITH UNIT 3. UNIT 3 BOUNCED OFF THE CEMENT DIVIDER WALL AND LOST CONTROL. UNIT 3 BEGAN TO SKID AND STRUCK UNIT 2. UNIT 1 DID NOT STOP AND CONTINUED ON IN TRAFFIC.
