ALL 3 VEHICLES EASTBOUND. #3 AND #2 WERE SLOWING FOR TRAFFIC IN FRONT OF THEM DUE TO CONSTRUCTION ON CEDAR RIVER BRIDGE. #1 WAS DISTRACTED BY AN ITEM IN HER VEHICLE DIDN'T BRAKE IN TIME STRIKING #2 WHICH STRUCK #3.
