NARRATIVE

THE NON-CONTACT VEHILE WAS STOPPED TO WAIT FOR ON-COMING TRAFFIC TO CLEAR BEFORE MAKINNG A LEFT TURN ONTO 150TH STREET. VEHICLE #1 DID NOT STOP IN TIME AND STRUCT THE REAR OF VEHCLE #2 AS IT WAS SLOWING FOR THE NON-CONTACT VEHICLE'S LEFT TURN.
