THE 8 POINT 6 MILE MARKER AND CAME UPON A NON CONTACT VEH (VEH2) THAT HAD
JUST STRUCK A DEER THAT WAS PARKED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROADWAY VEH1 TOOK
EVASIVE ACTION TO THE LEFT (NORTH) OF VEH2, TAKING THE MEDIAN AND STRUCK
TWO PEDESTRIANS WHO WERE STANDING OUTSIDE OF VEH2 THE TWO PEDESTRIANS
WERE PASSENGERS OF VEH2 VEH1 CONTINUED INTO THE MEDIAN WHERE IT CAME TO
