REST IN THE MEDIAN VEH 2 REMAINED ON THE SHOULDER THE DRIVER OF VEH 1 IS
SUSPECTED OF IMPAIRMENT AND ISP HAS BEGUN AN OWI DRUG INVESTIGATION
