CORNWELL AND VOORHEES WERE DISPATCHED TO A SEMI CRASH AT APPROXIMATELY THE
255MM WESTBOUND THE ROADS WERE COMPLETELY ICE COVERED AND THE SEMI LOST
TRACTION AND THE VEHICLE LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT TROOPER CORNWELL
ARRIVED ON SCENE TO FIND THE SEMI IN THE NORTH DITCH WITH THE CAB ON ITS
SIDE THE PASSENGER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON THE SCENE
