    VEH 1 WAS EASTBOUND IN THE WESTBOUND LANES ON HWY163 NEAR PELLA, VEH 2 WAS
TRAVELING WESTBOUND AND STRUCK VEH 1 HEAD ON, VEH 2 FLIPPED ONTO ITS SIDE
AND CAME TO REST ON THE ROADWAY,THE DRIVER OF VEH 1 WAS EJECTED AND
PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE, VEH 2 WAS HAULING 75 HEAD OF CATTLE, SEVERAL
OF THE CATTLE WERE RELEASED DURING THE ACCIDENT AND FLED THE SCENE, MOST
ROUNDED UP,7 WERE KILLED, THE ROAD WAS CLOSED FOR SEVERAL HOURS
