UNKNOWN REASONS, UNIT 1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND SLOWLY DRIFTED INTO
THE SB LANE; DRIVER OF UNIT 2 NOTICED UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING IN HIS LANE AND
ATTEMPTED TO AVOID HIM BY TAKING THE SB SHOULDER; UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 ON
THE DRIVER'S SIDE; THIS ACCIDENT IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE IOWA
