HAPPENING ON THE ROAD, A CONSTRUCTION WORKER, BARBARELLA MOORE WAS GETTING
READY TO FLAG VEHICLES WHILE ANOTHER CONSTRUCTION WORKER WAS CUTTING THE
CONCRETE ON S45, THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE 1 FAILED TO NOTICE MS MOORE AND
STRUCK HER WITH HIS VEHICLE, MS MOORE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE
