IT WENT OFF THE RAMP TO THE LEFT AND APPEARS TO OVER CORRECTED
AS IT DID THE VEHICLE LOST CONTROL AND SLID SIDEWAYS ACROSS THE
RAMP TO THE OUTSIDE DITCH WERE IT ROLLED SEVERAL TIMES DRIVER
WAS WEARING A BELT BUT WAS STILL PARTIALLY OUT OF THE DRIVER'S
WINDOW WITH THE VEHICLE COMING TO REST ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE ON
TOP OF THE DRIVER'S HEAD AND HAND A COUPLE OF MEN STOPPED,WERE
