REST UPRIGHT WITNESSES STATED VEHICLE ONE WAS FULLY ENGULFED IN
FLAMES AND WERE UNABLE TO ASSIST THE DRIVER AND ONLY OCCUPANT OF
THIS VEHICLE THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE
